Overall Objective:
The course aims to practically familiarize the students with the active food units, proper function of technical food experts at these units and supervision of the quality control of food in the Food and Drug Department.
Specific Objectives:
Students are familiarized with the active food units and their functions. Through contact with the technical experts of the active food units, students will recognize the possible problems and their solutions in these units. In addition, students are familiarized with supervising the quality control of food at the Food and Drug Department.
