Overall Objective:
- The overall objective of the course is to familiarize the students with the current topics regarding nutritional sciences, as well as the latest developments and concepts that have been further elaborated on in the other courses of nutrition.
Specific Objectives:
Students who complete the course are expected to:
- Select a topic based on the current topics of nutritional sciences that are determined per each semester.
- Score high in the exams that revolve around the topics presented by the professors during the semester.

· Active participation in all the question-and-answer sessions during all the classes
· Conducting the assigned projects
Evaluation:
· Final exam: 19 grades
· Active class attendance: one grade
