Overall Objective:

Recognition of the mechanism and function of the instruments used for the analysis of food components

Specific Objectives:

  • Familiarization of students with the quantitative measurement methods of food components
  • Familiarization of students with the qualitative measurement methods of food components
  • Familiarization of students with the classic methods of decomposition
  • Familiarization of students with instrumental methods
